How does Meta campaign sync work?

Our platform automatically syncs your Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads daily. After connecting your Meta account, we fetch campaign data and performance metrics automatically. You can also trigger manual syncs from the Ad Accounts page. All data is securely stored and accessible through our dashboard.

What is Telegram conversion tracking?

Telegram conversion tracking allows you to track Telegram channel joins as conversions for your Meta ads. When users click on your Meta ads and join Telegram channels via our tracking links, we automatically send conversion events back to Meta's Conversion API. This provides accurate attribution and helps optimize your campaigns based on actual Telegram channel growth.

How many clients and brands can I manage?

The number of clients and brands depends on your plan. Starter plan includes up to 5 clients and 10 brands, Professional plan includes up to 20 clients and 50 brands, and Enterprise plan offers unlimited clients and brands. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

How often is campaign data updated?

Campaign metrics are synced daily from Meta's API. Performance data typically reflects the previous day's results. You can also trigger manual syncs for immediate updates. Breakdown data (demographics, platforms, devices) is synced separately and may take additional time to process.

Can I track custom metrics beyond Meta's standard metrics?

Yes! Our platform supports custom metrics tracking through the Manual Metrics feature. You can track KPIs like FTDs (First-Time Deposits), Telegram joins, messages received, and any other business-specific metrics. Configure metric templates and requirements per campaign to ensure consistent tracking across your team.

How do I connect my Meta advertising account?

Navigate to the Meta Connection page in your dashboard and follow the OAuth flow to connect your Meta Business Manager account. You'll need appropriate permissions to access ad accounts. Once connected, you can select which ad accounts to sync and manage.

What performance breakdowns are available?

You can analyze performance by age, country, gender, publisher platform, platform position, and device platform. These breakdowns help you understand which demographics and platforms perform best for your campaigns, enabling data-driven optimization decisions.

Can I manage multiple team members?

Yes, all plans support team collaboration. You can invite team members to your workspace and assign roles (owner, member) with appropriate permissions. Team members can access shared clients, brands, and campaign data based on their role.

How do I set up Telegram conversion tracking?

First, create a Telegram bot in the Telegram Bots section. Then, configure your brand's Telegram integration settings. Create channel mappings that link your tracking links to Telegram channels and Meta pixels. When users click your Meta ads, they'll be redirected through our tracking links, and channel joins will be automatically tracked as conversions.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed your plan's client or brand limits, you'll be notified and prompted to upgrade. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings. Enterprise plan offers unlimited clients and brands for agencies managing large portfolios.

Is my data secure?

Yes, security is our top priority. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between accounts. Meta credentials are stored encrypted and never exposed. We follow industry best practices for data protection and compliance.

Can I export my campaign data?

Yes, you can export campaign performance data, metrics, and breakdowns from various pages in the dashboard. Export options include CSV format for further analysis in Excel or other tools. Enterprise plans also include API access for programmatic data access.
