Dashboard Layout
Main Navigation
The dashboard includes:
- Dashboard: Overview of all campaigns and key metrics
- Campaigns: View and manage Meta campaigns
- Clients: Manage client accounts
- Brands: Organize brands under clients
- Telegram: Manage Telegram tracking and channels
- Reports: Generate and view reports
- Integrations: Manage connected accounts
- Settings: Configure account and workspace settings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The dashboard displays:
- Total Spend: Total advertising spend across all campaigns
- Impressions: Total ad impressions
- Clicks: Total clicks on ads
- Conversions: Total conversions tracked
- ROAS: Return on Ad Spend
- CTR: Click-Through Rate
- CPC: Cost Per Click
- CPA: Cost Per Acquisition
Viewing Campaign Data
Campaign List View
- Filtering: Filter by client, brand, campaign status, date range
- Sorting: Sort by spend, impressions, conversions, ROAS, etc.
- Search: Search campaigns by name or ID
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple campaigns for bulk operations
Campaign Detail View
View detailed information for each campaign:
- Overview: Key metrics and performance summary
- Ad Sets: List of ad sets within the campaign
- Ads: Individual ads and their performance
- Performance Trends: Charts showing performance over time
- Breakdowns: Performance by demographics, platforms, devices
Date Range Selection
Quick Ranges
- Today: Current day's data
- Yesterday: Previous day's data
- Last 7 Days: Past week
- Last 30 Days: Past month
- This Month: Current month
- Last Month: Previous month
- Custom Range: Select specific start and end dates
Time Zone
- Data is displayed in your account's timezone
- Change timezone in Settings → Profile
Performance Metrics
Standard Metrics
- Impressions: Number of times ads were shown
- Clicks: Number of clicks on ads
- Spend: Total amount spent on advertising
- Conversions: Number of conversions tracked
- ROAS: Return on Ad Spend (Revenue / Spend)
- CTR: Click-Through Rate (Clicks / Impressions)
- CPC: Cost Per Click (Spend / Clicks)
- CPA: Cost Per Acquisition (Spend / Conversions)
