No. Your access is strictly read-only. You can view performance data, analytics, and Telegram conversions — but you cannot change campaigns, budgets, or account settings. Your agency retains full control.

What data can I see?

Campaign-level metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS), landing page performance, Telegram join attribution, demographic and geographic breakdowns, and budget status — all scoped to your brands.

Can I see other clients' data?

No. Viewer access is scoped to your brands only. You cannot see other clients, other brands, or any agency-level data like fees or team information.

How often does the data update?

Campaign metrics sync daily from Meta. Telegram join events are tracked in real time as they happen. Your dashboard always reflects the latest available data.

What is Telegram conversion tracking?

When your agency runs Meta ads that drive users to your Telegram channel, Ott tracks which specific ads and campaigns caused each join. This means you can see the real cost per community member — not just cost per click.
