You may create team accounts to collaborate with other users. Team account owners are responsible for managing team members and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
The Service integrates with Meta's advertising platform through Meta's API. By connecting your Meta account, you authorize us to access and sync your advertising data. You are responsible for:

We collect and process advertising data, performance metrics, and account information to provide the Service. All data is stored securely and is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and may export it at any time.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, Row Level Security (RLS), and secure API connections. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
The Service is offered through subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and limits. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otternative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data for up to 30 days after termination. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
