You connected twenty ad accounts to your analytics tool six months ago. Three of them stopped syncing in March. Two were never assigned to a brand. And a silent bug was capping your data at 1,000 rows — you were missing spend data without knowing it. Ad Account Management gives every ad account a home. See which credential powers each account, whether it's syncing, when Meta last pushed data, and full spend history — all in one page.
Most ad accounts in your agency have no brand assigned. They serve multiple brands, or no one assigned one. Until now, those accounts were invisible — their sync status, credential health, and spend data were unknowable.
The majority of ad accounts have no brand assigned. They’re simply absent from the brand tree — invisible in the UI. If a credential expired or a sync stopped, nobody knew. For weeks.
To answer “is this account still syncing?” an ops person had to infer from campaign data freshness — indirect and unreliable — or go check Meta Business Suite directly. Context switch every time.
A bug capped results at 1,000 rows across the app. Campaign lists, spend queries, account data — all silently incomplete. Agencies billing clients on this data were missing rows without any indication.
Ad Account Management answers ad-account-shaped questions — the operational ones that matter when you're managing 50+ Meta accounts across clients and BMs.
The question: “Which Meta connection reads this account?” Every ad account is mapped to the credential that reads it. If a credential expires, is revoked, or hits a rate limit, you know exactly which accounts are affected — before the client notices.
Operational visibility that prevents silent data loss.
The question: “Did Meta push data today, or did the token expire three days ago?” One glance answers it. Last successful sync timestamp. Sync frequency. If Meta's API went down at 3 AM and your accounts stopped receiving data, you see it here — not three days later when campaign numbers look stale.
No context switch to Meta Business Suite. One page answers it.
The question: “Exactly how much did Meta charge this account?” Full spend history at the ad account level. Billing reconciliation, client reporting, and anomaly detection — without the brand lens. See exactly what Meta charged, per account, over any time period.
Trust your numbers. Bill with confidence.
The question: “Do we have accounts nobody can see?” Every ad account connected to your workspace is reachable — even the ones nobody assigned to a brand. Orphaned accounts surface here. Your full account estate, visible for the first time.
Your full account estate. No more blind spots.
The 1,000-row truncation bug is gone. Campaign lists, spend queries, account data — no more silent caps. If you're billing a client based on Ott data, you can trust that no rows are missing.
Previously, queries returning more than 1,000 rows were silently truncated. Agencies managing high-volume accounts were billing clients on incomplete data without knowing it. Fixed in the same release that shipped Ad Account Management. If you see it in Ott, it's the full dataset — nothing hidden, nothing capped.
“Is this ad account still syncing? When did Meta last push data?”
“If I pause a campaign here, will it actually take effect?”
“I need to know which accounts are healthy before I start morning triage.”
Sync health at a glance. Before you triage campaigns, confirm your accounts are receiving data. No context switch to Meta Business Suite.
“Which credential powers which account? Which accounts are orphaned?”
“Are we missing spend data from accounts we think are connected?”
“If a Business Manager gets banned, how many accounts are affected?”
Full account estate audit. Credential-to-account mapping. Orphaned accounts surfaced. Impact radius calculated before the client notices.
“Can I show the client their spend history at the account level?”
“Can I prove their account is being actively managed and monitored?”
“Am I billing the client based on complete data?”
Account-level spend reports. Sync health as proof of active management. Data integrity you can stake your reputation on.
An ad account is a Meta ad account — it’s where your campaigns live and spend from. A brand is an Ott-level entity that can have multiple ad accounts linked to it. A brand might represent a client, a product line, or a region. Ad Account Management shows every ad account regardless of brand assignment.
From the Ad Account Management page, you can assign any orphaned (unassigned) ad account to a brand. Once assigned, that account’s data rolls up into the brand’s metrics in Brand Control Room and Client Budget Management.
Sync status is live on the Ad Account Management page. When a credential expires or a token is revoked, the affected accounts will show a “red” stopped status with a timestamp. The page is designed for proactive monitoring — check it during your morning triage routine.
Ott checks Meta for new data on a per-account schedule. The “last synced” timestamp updates in real time whenever new data is pulled. Sync frequency depends on your account tier and data volume — high-spend accounts sync more frequently.
Spend history on the Ad Account Management page is account-level — it shows the raw spend from Meta for that specific ad account. If the account is linked to multiple brands, each brand’s view in Brand Control Room will show the portion of spend attributable to that brand. Account-level spend is the canonical, unfiltered number.
A legacy cap silently limited query results to 1,000 rows across the app — campaign lists, spend queries, account data. Agencies managing high-volume accounts were seeing incomplete data with no warning. The fix removes this cap entirely. If your account returns 1,500 rows of spend data, you’ll see all 1,500. No truncation, no shadows.
Currently, Ad Account Management supports Meta ad accounts. This is where the infrastructure complexity lives — multiple Business Managers, credential churn, and regulated-vertical challenges. Support for additional platforms is on the roadmap.
Ad Account Management gives you operational visibility into your entire ad account estate — sync health, credential mapping, and complete spend data. Nothing is invisible. Nothing is truncated.
