THE PROBLEM

Your brands shouldn't need a dozen tabs to manage.

Most tools show you a flat brand page. Campaigns listed. Numbers in columns. Beyond that, you're on your own — tab-hopping to analytics, checking creatives in another view, mentally tracking what needs attention. For agencies managing multiple brands, this means reactive management and missed signals.

🔄

Tab-hopping kills focus

To get the full picture of one brand, you switch between campaign list, analytics, creative view, and budget settings — four different pages. Multiply that by 15 brands and you lose hours every week just reorienting yourself.

🔍

Missed signals, reactive fixes

No automatic triage means underperformers sit unnoticed until a campaign deadline — or worse, until the client emails. You're firefighting problems you could have caught days earlier.

📊

Inconsistent client reporting

Every account manager presents brand performance differently. One builds a spreadsheet. Another screenshots Ads Manager. A third writes a paragraph. No shared source of truth means no shared narrative.

The hidden cost of a flat brand page.

What You DoTime Per BrandWhat It Costs You
Switch between tabs to check KPIs3–5 minMental context-switching burns focus
Manually cross-reference analytics + creatives5–8 minMissed correlations between creative and performance
Spot-check campaigns for issues5–10 minUnderperformers go unnoticed for days
Compile client-ready report10–15 minEvery account manager presents differently
Total per brand, per check10–15 min× 15 brands = 2.5–3.75 hours/day

That's nearly a full morning every day — per media buyer. Time that should be spent optimising campaigns, not hunting for problems in scattered views.

THREE TABS. THREE QUESTIONS.

Observe. Diagnose. Act. In under 60 seconds.

The Brand Control Room replaces the flat page with a three-tab command centre. Each tab answers one question. Together, they cover the full brand lifecycle — from glance to action.

1

Overview — At a glance.

The question: “Is this brand healthy?” One glance answers it. Spend, conversions, ROAS/CPA at the top — the KPIs your client asks for first. Trend arrows show direction. No scrolling, no tab-switching, no mental math.

Spend
Total + daily trend
Conversions
Volume + conversion rate
ROAS / CPA
Return + cost efficiency
Pulse
Health signal — up, flat, or down

The dashboard your client asks for. Build your narrative in seconds.

2

Analysis — Dig deep.

The question: “Why is this brand performing this way?” The data tells you. Not just rows and columns — structured insights that connect cause to effect.

🔻

CAO Funnel with Leak Detection

Campaign → Ad Set → Opportunity. See exactly where spend drips out. If a leak appears, you know which level to fix — no manual analysis, no third-party funnel tools.

📈

Performance Trends

Overlay time periods to answer the hardest question: is this a seasonal dip or a structural problem? Compare week-over-week, month-over-month, or custom date ranges.

🌍

Geography Breakdown

Which regions deliver? Which regions burn budget? Colour-coded performance by country so you spot winning and losing markets instantly.

🎨

Top Creatives

Best-performing ads, ranked automatically — by CTR, conversion rate, or ROAS. See which creatives drive results without manual sorting.

👥

Audience Delivery

Age and gender breakdown. Are we reaching the right people? Spot audience drift before it impacts performance.

Answers, not data. Insights your clients can understand without a media buying degree.

3

Optimisation — Take action.

The question: “What do I do about it?” Your triage board tells you. Campaigns auto-bucketed by what they need — scale up, watch closely, or review and fix.

Scale — Winners

  • ROAS above target
  • CPA below threshold
  • Conversion trend positive
  • Increase budget confidently

Watch — Trending

  • Metrics within normal variance
  • Trending up or down
  • Monitor before acting
  • Check again tomorrow

Review — Leaking

  • ROAS below target
  • CPA above threshold
  • Spend with no conversions
  • Needs immediate attention

All-Campaigns Table

Full campaign list with sortable columns. Every campaign, no page limit. Sort by spend, ROAS, CPA, or status — the same view whether you manage 20 campaigns or 200.

Editable Targets

Set ROAS, CPA, and frequency targets per campaign. The triage board respects your thresholds — Scale, Watch, or Review is always relative to what “good” means for that specific brand and vertical.

From diagnosis to action — in one tab. No switching tools. No exporting data. No waiting.

HOW IT WORKS

Observe. Diagnose. Act. Then do it for your next brand.

The Control Room workflow is the same for every brand you manage. One mental model. Infinite scale. Here's how a 60-second brand check works.

1

Open any brand

Click into any brand from your workspace. The Overview tab loads instantly — spend, conversions, ROAS at a glance.

2

Check Overview

Confirm brand health in under 5 seconds. Pulse indicator shows direction. If everything is green, move on. If not, you know where to look.

3

Dive into Analysis

Found a problem? Switch to Analysis. Check the funnel for leaks, review top creatives, see geography and audience breakdowns.

4

Act in Optimisation

Take action. Scale winners. Review risks. Set targets. Everything editable in-place — no switching tools, no exporting data.

One pattern. Every brand. Scales with your agency.

Whether you manage 5 brands or 50, the Control Room pattern is consistent. New team members learn one workflow. Account managers present brand performance the same way every time. Your clients get predictable, professional reporting — without you building it from scratch. Start your workflow in Ad Account Management — confirm every account is syncing before you dive into brand performance.

COMPARISON

Without a Control Room, every brand costs you mental overhead.

The gap is real: most ad platforms give you data, not decisions. Ott's Brand Control Room combines analysis, diagnosis, and action in a single page — a pattern no competitor ships as a coherent brand-level experience.

Flat Brand Page
✗
Tab-hop to see data
Campaign list on one page, analytics on another, creative view somewhere else. Four different URLs to understand one brand.
✗
Manually spot issues
No automatic triage. You scroll through campaigns hoping you notice the one that stopped spending three days ago.
✗
Guess optimisation priorities
You know something's off. But without a system that says "fix this first," you guess. Sometimes you guess wrong.
✗
Inconsistent client reports
Every account manager presents differently. One builds a deck. Another screenshots. No shared source of truth.
✗
Analysis paralysis
The data is there. But it's scattered across views. By the time you've compiled it, the moment to act has passed.
✗
Reactive management
You find problems when the client emails — not before. Proactive optimisation is a luxury, not a default.
Brand Control Room
✓
Three-click diagnosis
Overview → Analysis → Optimisation. All on one page. No URLs to remember, no tabs to hunt for.
✓
Auto-triage
The triage board buckets campaigns into Scale, Watch, and Review. Your morning check is: work the reds, review the ambers, skip the greens.
✓
Target-driven priorities
Set ROAS and CPA targets per campaign. The board respects your thresholds. You always know what needs attention.
✓
Presentation-ready analysis
Geography, creatives, audience delivery — all in visual panels. Account managers build client narratives without leaving Ott.
✓
Decisions, not data dumps
Leak detection, trend overlays, top creatives — structured insights that connect cause to effect. No mental cross-referencing.
✓
Proactive, not reactive
Catch underperformers before the client does. Scale winners before the opportunity passes. Your team leads, not follows.

Scattered views, reactive fixes → One page, three tabs, proactive command. Your competitors are still tab-hopping. Your team could be commanding every brand from a single control centre.

COMPETITIVE EDGE

No one else ships analysis, diagnosis, and action in one page.

Competitors either offer analytics without action or require enterprise contracts for anything beyond a flat campaign list. Ott fills the gap.

FAQ

Questions about the Control Room.

Can I customise which metrics show on the Overview tab?

Yes. The Overview tab is configurable — you choose which KPIs appear at the top. Every brand in your workspace can have a different set of priority metrics. A forex brand might show CPJ (Cost Per Joinee). A retail brand shows standard ROAS. You set what matters.

How does the triage board decide what goes in Scale vs Watch vs Review?

The triage board uses your campaign targets as thresholds. If a campaign's ROAS exceeds target by a margin, it goes to Scale. If it's within your normal variance, it goes to Watch. If it falls below target or shows negative trends, it goes to Review. You set the thresholds — the board respects them.

What funnel levels does leak detection cover?

The CAO funnel covers Campaign → Ad Set → Opportunity. Leak detection identifies stages where conversion drop-off exceeds expected thresholds, highlighting exactly where spend is being wasted — at the campaign level, the ad set targeting level, or the conversion event level.

Can I set different targets for different campaigns?

Absolutely. Every campaign can have its own ROAS, CPA, and frequency targets. The triage board evaluates each campaign against its own benchmarks — so a retargeting campaign with a higher CPA target doesn't get flagged just because it costs more than a prospecting campaign.

Does the Control Room work for Google and TikTok brands too, or just Facebook?

The Control Room is built for all ad platforms Ott connects to. Facebook and Instagram today, with Google and TikTok on the roadmap. The three-tab flow — Overview, Analysis, Optimisation — is platform-agnostic. As we add platforms, your Control Room scales with them.

Will the triage board work with my existing campaign data, or do I need to start fresh?

It works with your existing data from day one. Ott syncs your campaign history when you connect a brand. Historical performance establishes baselines. The triage board starts flagging campaigns based on your patterns — no warm-up period, no empty dashboard.

How often does the data refresh?

The Overview and Analysis tabs refresh in near-real-time — typically within 5–15 minutes of Meta updating. The Optimisation tab refreshes on each visit. You're always looking at current data, not yesterday's export.
